From Mr. D: The potato "Tater Tot" definitely looks very familiar to me. I want to say I put the mouth in it - but can't remember details. I may have picked the novelty pillow up at some store on a whim and installed the mouth. It certainly would not be the first time I did that (and probably not the last). Or it could be it was sent to me for such a conversion, but if so, who it was for, I do not remember. I document almost all novelty puppet jobs now with photo(s), but I imagine that one was done before I got my digital camera.
